A Clear Path From the First Call to Recovery
The First Phone Call
Your recovery journey begins with a confidential call to our admissions team. You will be met with compassion, not judgment. We listen to your needs, explain how outpatient detox works, and answer all of your questions.
Insurance Verification
We work quickly with your insurance provider to confirm benefits and secure any necessary authorizations. Because we accept most major insurance plans, this step often takes only a short time. Our goal is to eliminate financial surprises and help you start treatment without unnecessary delays.
Same-Day Admission
When you are ready, you can begin detox the same day you call. We are open seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, because waiting for help is not an option when withdrawal or relapse risks are high.
Your First Visit
During your first day in the clinic, you will complete a thorough medical and psychiatric evaluation. This allows our team to design an individualized detox plan based on your health, history, and goals. From that moment forward, you are supported daily by our nurses, clinicians, and physicians.
Daily Monitoring and Care
You will return to the clinic each day for medical monitoring, therapeutic support, and adjustments to your treatment plan. This daily structure provides the safety of inpatient care while allowing you to remain at home and connected to your responsibilities.
Preparing for Life After Detox
Detox is the first step in recovery. We help you plan what comes next by coordinating with outpatient programs, therapists, and recovery resources. Eighty-six percent of our clients successfully transition into ongoing care after detox.
Moving Forward With Confidence
By the time you complete detox, you will have a foundation of stability, a personalized aftercare plan, and the confidence that recovery is possible.
